Return And Cancellation policy

30 Day “Make it Right” Policy
Here at Spring, we want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.

For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Cancellations and Amendments
All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping, just 12 hours for standard shipping, or once the listing ends (whichever comes first).

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you have.

Shipping Time Frames

Shipping timelines: US fulfillment

US-bound orders will arrive within 9 – 12 business days (production + shipping).

Rush shipping is also available for orders that are fulfilled and shipped within the Continental US. The Rush logo will appear if any products in the listings are eligible for Rush. (Please keep in mind the Rush logo doesn’t mean all products are available) If you select Rush shipping, orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Canada and International-bound orders will arrive within 12 – 15 business days (production + shipping).

*For international shipping, we do not track packages once they reach their destination country.

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OK, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI WV, and WY.

We’re required to pay sales tax in these states based on the location of our offices and vendor partners in these regions.

EU Fulfilled Orders
VAT charges apply to all buyers based in the EU. If applicable, you’ll see the information on the top-right hand side of the checkout page.

***Please keep in mind, customers who order internationally, (i.e orders produced in the US and delivered to another country) may be required to pay additional fees for delivery such as customs fees and taxes.
